• Tenant management and screening

• Leasing consultation and advisory services
• Maintenance coordination

All services are provided in accordance with Dutch law and regulations governing residential leasing and property management.

User Obligations

Dispute Resolution

We prefer to address concerns through direct communication. If you have any disputes or complaints, please contact us first at legal@prismcrest.top to seek a resolution.

If we cannot resolve the dispute through direct communication, any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in the Netherlands in accordance with Dutch law.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms.

You may terminate your use of our services at any time by discontinuing your use of the website and services.
